devilishrexUpdates:Heyooo,
Eh. I just feel like rambling a bit. So here we go.
First.
Holy goodness, have you guys seen this dress??!?

I think I drooled a bit when I saw it.
It's gorgeous! Want. Need to find it.
On a stock note:I fully intend on doing the dirty set thing.
A few people have definitely agreed that the stock models on DA are too put together and princess-y
So damnit. I will take us down to dirt level, don't you worry.
Backbrushed hair, shabby-wabby clothing, dirt and mud. It'll be fabulous.
I won't envy my backdrop sheets.
That'll suck.
ALSO.
I had people explain the "steampunk" thing to me.. and I think I get it.
Doesn't mean I have anything in the slightest that will work for it.
But hey. I have sheets. I have... things.
I'll improvise it. It'll be cool.
AND.
There was another one I was gonna try, but..
Humm.
I have a list from you guys from last journal.
Thanks for the suggestions!
I'll try and make a day out of shooting.
Achoo.

subdeviant and I had a really quick but good shoot together.
The only bummer being that I reverted to my 'stock face' which doesn't exactly do well for REAL photography.
You guys know what face I'm talking about.
So, hopefully next shoot will be better, and longer... we ran out of light.
I got a name tag on a lanyard at work.
You guys don't know how excited I am about this
So, kids.
Tell me some interesting factoids about yourself.
Or if you have any questions or anything.
You just let me know.
Things can get kind of slow around here in the summer.
So let's keep things entertaining. Suggested Song: Broadripple is Burning by Margot & The Nuclear So and So's (Completely depressing song, but beautiful all the same)
Suggested Movie: The Fall (Tarsem Singh is a visual genius)
Suggested Book: Valhalla Rising by Clive Cussler (My absolute favorite author. Dirk Pitt is my hero)

The bagpipe was originally made from the whole skin of a dead sheep. But mariachi singers have never been made of dead Mexicans.
ADIOS, MEXICANS!

But lust to see you consumed
